다양한 장르의 영화에서 활약해온 오정세가 올해 들어 한층 활발한 활동을 벌이며 관객에게 강렬한 존재를 각인시키고 있다. 올해 개봉하거나 촬영 중인 영화만 벌써 다섯 편이다.

그 가운데 주연을 맡은 영화는 세 편이다.

오정세는 2월 주연을 맡은 영화 ‘남자사용설명서’에서 이시영과 호흡을 맞춰 독특한 로맨틱코미디 장르를 펼쳐보였다. 영화에서 한류 톱스타 역을 맡은 그는 까칠하고 도도하지만 한편으론 속이 여린 인물을 유쾌하게 표현해 주목받았다.
