when I was a trainee, one thing that I think it's important is a language skill. this situation had happened when I come in for cleaning the guest room with the other staff. and some of the staff call and beckon me for help to talk with the Foreign guests that what the guest wants to tell us about the things that they prefer. So, I'm talking and knowing that they tell us they don't want to change new towels and don't want to use any plastic items.
