[시사타임즈 = 우경현 기자] 영화계에서 왕성하게 활동하고 있는 영화인들은 어떠한 경로를 밟아 그 자리에서 일하게 된 것일까? 미래의 영상 인력을 꿈꾸는 이들에게 디딤돌 역할을 하는 서울국제청소년영화제에 그 열쇠가 있다.



올해 서울대표영화제로 선정된 제15회 서울국제청소년영화제는 매년 신선한 영화 인력을 배출해왔다. 어떤 영화인이 영화제를 거쳐 갔는지 그 면면을 살펴보도록 하자.

청소년 때부터 영화에 꾸준한 관심을 보였던 한효주는 현재 천만관객을 돌파한 흥행작 와 에 출연하여 꾸준히 영화계의 러브콜을 받고 있을 뿐만 아니라 2012년 배리어프리영화 포럼 홍보대사로 위촉되며 영화계에서 다방면으로 활발한 활동을 보여주고 있다.



최근 드라마 에서 호연을 보여준바 있는 전혜빈 역시 고등학교 시절 배우의 꿈을 품고 국제청소년영화캠프를 찾은 바 있다.

배우뿐만 아니라 유수의 감독들 역시 서울국제청소년영화제를 거쳤다. (2007)으로 독립영화계의 스타가 된 윤성호 감독은 제3회 서울국제청소년영화제 대상을 수상한 바 있으며 2009년 서울국제청소년영화제의 경쟁부문 심사위원으로 인연을 이어가기도 했다. 영화 의 권혁재 감독도 제6회 대상을 받은 후 GV와 같은 서울국제청소년영화제 행사에 참여하며 영화제와의 인연을 이어가고 있다.



또한 2012년 베를린 영화제 상영작인 영화 의 감독인 김곡ㆍ김선 형제도 서울국제영화제 출신이다. 이외에도 ▲(2007)와 (2009)로 각각 서울독립영화제와 서울충무로국제영화제에서 수상한 김삼력 감독 ▲최근 큰 화제가 되고 있는 의 프리퀄을 제작한 김태희 감독 ▲의 김진무 감독 ▲2011년 SIYFF 관객상을 수상한 허정 감독도 서울국제청소년영화제와 인연을 맺은 감독들이다. 김인권 주연의 와 허정 감독이 연출한 손현주‧문정희 주연의 은 올 8월 개봉해 관객들을 만나게 된다.
