제1조 ①이 헌법은 이 헌법에 의한 국회가 처음으로 집회한 날로

제6조 이 헌법시행당시의 공무원과 정부가 임명한 기업체의 임원은 이 헌법에 의하여 임명된 것으로 본다. 다만, 이 헌법에 의하여 선임방법이 변경된 공무원은 이 헌법에 의하여 후임자가 선임될 때까지 그 직무를 행한다.
