This letter is solely written and presented by the erection team, ZM.After installing ST section 2 columns and beams, we realized that the alignment for the entire ST is still a big challenge as we mentioned before and we did share different opinions with GE in terms of grouting the base plates issue. In this circumstance, we earnestly request you to consider the following procedures which we believed to be the most reliable solution to successfully handover the entire ST to GE with qualified vertical and horizontal alignment.1. Erect section 2 columns and beams by 2020.03.20.2. Re-align section 1 columns, tighen up bolts and grout all below of the base plates by 2020.04.01.3. Erect truss. Align section 2 columns and crane runway beams and tighten up the bolts by 2020.04.05.4. Weld and install the crane rail by 2020.04.07.Please let us know your thoughts on this.
